Last week I was at Boy Scout camp with my 7-year-old son and one afternoon they had an animal show. Every time they brought out an animal, they told us of their life expectancy from only 3 years for a Possum to 300 years for an alligator. Animals are completely unaware of how long they have to live naturally. During their life, they have to find food to eat, find shelter and find a mate to have children with. They live a simple life, it is a lot less complicated than ours. It made me think, as humans, we are fully aware of our time here, so I researched how many days the average person lives. I found out that in the United States and mainly throughout all western civilized countries, our natural life expectancy is about 80 years. Broken down into days from the time you are born is only 29,200 days. To put this into perspective, if you were to tell someone living in the U.S today that throughout their life time they were only going to earn $29,200, they may think to themselves how little money that is. So my point to all this really is to say, we have little time on earth, try to MAKE EVERYDAY COUNT, MAKE YOUR GOALS AND DREAMS COME TRUE, KEEP IT SIMPLE, BE GRATEFUL, LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE, SMILE AND HAVE FUN.
